We do not require you to create an account, and providing your name or email is optional for most feedback categories.

We do not sell personal information. We do not show third-party behavioural advertising.

JustHoply may use a small number of cookies and similar storage to remember your preferences (such as a feedback session id used to deduplicate submissions) and to support analytics. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

Feedback you submit may be stored so we can review it, follow up if requested, and use it to improve the service. We keep data only as long as it remains useful for these purposes.

JustHoply may rely on third-party infrastructure to operate. These providers process limited data only as needed to deliver the service:

• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and protection.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact replies.
• Other infrastructure providers used for hosting and storage.

Each provider handles data under their own privacy terms. We choose providers that offer reasonable privacy and security standards.
